How Do I Redeem My Miles?
When your Award Mileages add up to 10,000 kilometers, you can redeem for award ticket or award upgrade for you, your families or friends.

- Dial 020-95539(domestic) and 86(020)8668-2000(international). Our Customer Representatives will book the award ticket and deduct the required mileage from your mileage account at your request.
- You will get the Transaction Code and Reservation (PNR) code.
- With above two codes and the required documents*, you could go to China Southern Ticket Offices and get your award.
Required Documents for award
- For Sky Pearl Club cardholder to use the award, please provide original Sky Pearl Club card, ID card and its copy with Sky Pearl cardholder's signature.
- For others to use the award: please provide the copies of Sky Pearl Club membership card and cardholder's ID card with Sky Pearl cardholder's signature, passengers' ID card and its copy.
- If you entrust someone else to get the award, please provide his ID or passport and its copy as well.
