Conditions of Enrollment

1. Membership in China Southern Airlines's Sky Pearl Club is free to all passengers over the age of 12 who accept the Program Rules and Conditions described herein, except where and to the extent such membership is prohibited by law or regulation.
2. Corporations and/or entities may not be enrolled. Joint applications or multiple applications by the same individual will not be honored.
3. Applicants are required to submit completed and duly signed application forms to enroll.

5. Membership cards are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
6. China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in the Sky Pearl Club if, in Sky Pearl Club's sole judgment, the person has violated the Program Rules and Conditions described herein, or misuses or abuses his/her membership right or performs any fraudulence. Disqualification may result in termination of membership, loss of accumulated mileage and/or cancellation of any unused awards.

Mileage Credit & Award

1. Each member is assigned a personal account for keeping mileage records. Mileage credit and mileage account numbers are not transferable.
2. For the correct recording of flight mileage, each member is required to identify himself/herself by presenting his/her Sky Pearl Club membership card upon booking or airport check-in.
3. Members shall be responsible for all applicable taxes if imposed by governmental agencies by using award travel.
4. Award travel and mileages obtained illegally or in violation of the Program Rules and Conditions will not be honored and membership will be anulled permanently.

Notes

1. China Southern Airlines'Sky Pearl Club retains the right to change the rules of or terminate its system-wide frequent flyer programs at any time without notice. All membership cards are the property of China Southern Airlines.
2. Award travel and mileages obtained illegally or in violation of the Program Rules and Conditions will not be honored and membership will be anulled permanently.
3. Each member shall be responsible for advising The Sky Pearl Club of any change in name or mailing address. The Sky Pearl Club accepts no responsibility for any loss or delay of mailed materials to the member due to an incorrect address provided by the member.
4. Where the Program Rules and Conditions are in conflict with laws of a local government, they are subject to the restrictions of all applicable local laws.
5. China Southern Airlines'Sky Pearl Club reserves the right to review and update this Membership Guide & Program Rules Brochure at anytime
6. In case of any dispute,any and all arbitration shall be held in Guangzhou, China.
